This course is meant for complete beginners!
This is a 7 day program where you gradually move from one asana to another. We will learn warm-up exercises (standing and seated) , standing asanas, sitting asana, supine asana and prone asanas.
Apart from over 60 beginner level Asans, you will also learn, 4 types of pranayama, when to practice them and 7 meditation and relaxation techniques.

Welcome to Day 1!! Here you will learn how to warm up your body before a yoga practice (seated warm up), beginners seated asanas, anulom viola pranayama and end with Sankalpa meditation. See you on the mat!
Welcome to Day 2! Today we will start with some standing warm ups and standing asanas, Kapalbhati pranayama and Ajapa Japa meditation. See you on the mat!
Welcome to Day 3! Today we will start with a seated warm up, some twisting asanas, Brahmari pranayama and end with ocean visualisation meditation. See you on the mat!
Welcome to Day 4! Today we will have a powerful practice with Warrior poses and related asanas. We will also learn Bhastrika pranayama, and with Progressive Muscle relaxation. See you on the mat!
Welcome to Day 5! Today we will practice a few more seated asanas and learn a meditation cum breathing technique known as box breathing. See you on the mat!
Welcome to Day 6! Today we will practice some back strengthening and chest opening asanas, Bhastrika pranayama and end with a centering relaxation. See you on the mat!

Today we will practice some hip opening asanas and end with a powerful chakra meditation with positive affirmations and colour visualisation. See you on the mat!
